Nature of the Site

This website is a private reference resource. It does not store official jail, court, booking, warrant, or corrections records, and it cannot confirm custody status, release anyone, accept bond, file court documents, or change an official record.

The site points visitors toward Graham County inmate and jail-record resources, public-records contacts, state and federal locators, court resources, and third-party search tools.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates federal, North Carolina, or local law.
• Do not use information found through the site to stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone.
