When a name, county, state, or other lookup term is entered into a search tool, that query may be sent to the third-party provider that operates the tool. Graham County Inmate Population does not keep its own database of those search terms.
Messages
If a visitor sends an email or contact message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read, route, and respond. It is not shared outside the organization except when required by law, legal process, or a valid government order.

Users Under 18
This site is intended for adults. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a parent or guardian believes a minor submitted information, a deletion request may be sent through the contact page.
